Welcome back! We’re hitting the big Episode #15 of the Weekly Comics News Show — a weekly program that brings you the latest in comic book news, comic releases, and more. This week Patrick is away doing Easter things, so we’ve got Andrew Rivera and Kay Honda as our hosts! Together with our creative team, they will scour through releases and news stories every week to get you exactly what you need to be up to date in the world of comics.

First up, Marvel made a big announcement this week, revealing that artist Ardian Syaf has been fired after including hidden anti-Semitic and anti-Christian messages in his artwork for X-MEN GOLD #1. In more cheerful Marvel news, NICK FURY #1 hits stands this week, featuring the one-eyed head of S.H.I.E.L.D. redesigned as a James Bond-style superspy.

Over in DC, we’ve got two major new Batman releases. BATMAN #21 kicks off the highly anticipated storyline “The Button,” a 4-part crossover with THE FLASH. ALL-STAR BATMAN #9 presents the grand finale of the “Ends of the Earth” storyline, as Batman comes face to face with his ultimate foe. Meanwhile, in SUPERWOMAN #9, Lana Lang is revived at the expense of her powers, leaving the mantle of Superwoman in question.
