This Week On The Arrowverse Week 15: LEGENDS Meets Groundhog Day

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW: Season 3 Episode 12 “The Curse of The Earth Totem”

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW sets sail on the high seas! Season 3, episode 12 is titled, “The Curse of the Earth Totem.” It looks as though the Legends might meet none other than Blackbeard! (or at least his treasure) According to the episode synopsis, Sarah will take some time off, while the rest of the Legends travel to 1717 to pursue a lead on the Earth Totem.

Ray (Brandon Routh) will also feel guilty about something that he has done. The promo shows several action shots with pirates galore. The Earth Totem is seen inside of a chest, with the Legends dressed in appropriate pirate attire. Ray ends the promo by saying the all too familiar phrase: “Dead Men Tell No Tales.” LEGENDS OF TOMORROW airs this Monday 9/8c

THE FLASH: Season 4 Episode 13, Fiddler in “Subject 9”

Grab your dancing shoes because THE FLASH goes country this week on The CW! This return of THE FLASH marks the 14th episode of its fourth season, titled “Subject 9.” Before going on a two-week break, Team Flash discovered Devoe’s (now Sugar Lyn Beard) plan — he is after the bus metas!

While Devoe’s true purpose behind acquiring the bus metas is still unknown, this fact alone is enough to scare Ralph. It frightens him so much that he considers giving up being a hero altogether. Although I’m sure a quick, inspiring pep talk from Barry (Grant Gustin) will ease Ralph’s (Hartley Sawyer) worries.

Also, the newest bus meta is an attractive female country singer, so that will probably prevent Ralph from quitting. Speaking of this new meta, her name is Izzy Bowin (Miranda MacDougall), and she is a female version of the Fiddler.

THE FLASH: Guilty of Greatness in Season 4 ‘Trial of the Flash’ Mid-Season Premiere

The promo for the episode shows Bowin using her violin to create sonic blasts, similar to her comic book counterpart. In the comics, the Fiddler was a villain to the Jay Garrick version of the Flash from the Golden Age. In the past, the Fiddler has worked with the Thinker to take down the Flash.

Is it possible that the show plans on having their version of the Fiddler team up with the Thinker? You’ll have to catch THE FLASH at 8/7c this Tuesday on The CW to find out!

BLACK LIGHTNING: Season 1 Episode 6 “Three Sevens: The Book of Thunder”

After THE FLASH’s Fiddler themed episode on Monday, Make sure to check out BLACK LIGHTNING’s sixth episode “Three Sevens: The Book of Thunder.” Last week’s episode ended on a cliffhanger as Jefferson (Cress Williams) failed to control his powers and get a lead on his father’s killer, Tobias Whale.

Jefferson is clearly not in a clear state of mind. His goal is no longer justice but vengeance. Gambi (James Remar) is clearly nervous about Jefferson. He cautions Jefferson after the hero proposes “cold-blooded murder.” This fear is why Gambi seeks out help from Lynn (Christine Adams). Meanwhile, we will see more superhero action from Anissa (Nafessa Williams). After a protest gone wrong, Anissa will use her powers once again for justice.

BLACK LIGHTNING is only set to run for 13 episodes this season. This means that we are nearing the midway point of this season. That is why tensions are growing in Freeland. Tobias Whale (Marvin Jones III) menacingly declares that “Black Lightning doesn’t live out the night.” Will Tobias and Jefferson finally meet in this episode? Or will we have to wait until later in the season for that fateful encounter? Find out this Tuesday  8/7c only on The CW!

ARROW: Season 6 Episode 14 “Collision Course”

ARROW returns this week with Season 6, episode 14. Titled “Collision Course,” this episode will see Oliver (Stephen Amell), Diggle (David Ramsey), and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) face off against Dinah (Julianna Harkavy), Curtis (Echo Kellum), and Rene (Rick Gonzalez). Black Siren is the source of the conflict.

Dinah will most likely still desire revenge for Siren killing her love Vince. She will want to kill her. Oliver’s will want to bring her in while keeping her alive. When Diggle suggests that targeting Dinah is crossing a line, Oliver states that Dinah “crossed a line first.”

ARROW Works Alone in Season 6 ‘Divided’ Midseason Premiere

Both teams will now have a standoff. Dinah yells that it’s time to finish their feud right now. Will there be any casualties? Will there be any chance for Team Arrow to reunite? Watch this week to find out. ARROW airs this Thursday 9/8c
