The buildup of action and drama in DC/Boom Studio’s JUSTICE LEAGUE/POWER RANGERS has the reader at a fever pitch. This preview only continues to build on the excitement that Tom Taylor’s comic has delivered. JUSTICE LEAGUE/POWER RANGERS #5 takes place a little after the last issue. The Power Rangers and the Justice League have successfully arrived in the Ranger’s universe. However, they were too late to save Angel Grove from Brainiac and Zedd. The two villains captured the town and shrunk it on Brainiac’s ship. The last time we saw the Power Rangers, they were left powerless and without their suits. So, they have taken armor and weapons from the Justice League to defend their world. In this JUSTICE LEAGUE/POWER RANGERS #5 preview, the Rangers, alongside Wonder Woman, try to convince NATO to band together and stop the invasion of Brainiac and Zedd.

It has been absolutely awesome to see these two universes come together to defend their worlds. Writer Tom Taylor was brilliant to have Brainiac team up with Lord Zedd. Both villains are destroyers in their universes. Seeing Brainiac’s drones and Zedd’s Putties fight side-by-side is such a dream come true. JUSTICE LEAGUE/POWER RANGERS #5 preview promises a battle for the fate of Angel Grove as well as the rest of the world. I can’t wait to see the Rangers use their Zords to take down Zedd and Brainiac’s forces. The Rangers and the League are going to have to be careful, however, if they want to save Angel Grove from destruction on Brainiac’s ship.

Even though there will be more action and fighting than ever, do not worry, the characters are key. In this JUSTICE LEAGUE/POWER RANGERS #5 preview, we see Wonder Woman adopt her role as Ambassador of Peace for a whole new world. Seeing characters like Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman bond with and inspire the younger Power Rangers is so much fun to read. Tom Taylor, like he does with INJUSTICE, is amazing at making odd concepts and ideas seem organic and entertaining. This team up between the Power Rangers and the Justice League is well written and enthralling. I expect that JUSTICE LEAGUE/POWER RANGERS #5 will continue this trend. You can pick up this comic on August 9th!
