His solo series is apparently committing to proving this idea; pitting the Hulk-like character against major players such as the Suicide Squad, Poison Ivy, Gorilla Grodd, and even a certain famous Amazonian Princes. DAMAGE #11 seems ready to follow that trend! Now it seems that Ethan’s tussle with Wonder Woman has finally caught up with him. In the previous issue, he’s suddenly ambushed by a Justice League strike team! So will Damage break a sweat fighting this crew, or are they just the setup for an even bigger fight? It can often be difficult visually representing the amazing powers and abilities of even one superhero, yet this dynamic duo has been tasked with showing the full might of five! Yet they do so brilliantly; perfectly delivering super-speed action, clever trick-arrows, creative willpower constructs, and (of course) Hulk-level destruction. Although Vixen doesn’t show off her powers in this preview, it’s a safe bet it will look fantastic when the full issue is released. So Robert Venditti has already shown how different Damage is from the rest of the characters in the New Age of DC Heroes. His storyline has yet to let up, running from one battle or a government conspiracy to the next. From the look of this preview, and the character teased on the cover, this series sure isn’t showing any signs of slowing down! How will Damage handle combat with the premier superhero team of the DCU? The only way to find out for sure is to pick up the issue for yourself! Before the DAMAGE #11 proper arrives on November 21st, whet your appetite with this exclusive first look at DAMAGE #11 below!
